You will find sources for blood chemistry analysis programs, books, supplements, professional organizations, office supplies, educational courses, etc. The companies, individuals and products included have a proven track record of service and integrity. Get unbiased information on any leb test and also on disease conditions. The site LabTestsOnline.Org is non-profit and maintained by the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) and other professional groups.

LabCorp Service Center/Draw Station Locator

You all have a list of local draw stations, but sometimes you may have a patient outside that area. You can always call PCS, but now you can go directly to the Internet if that's more convenient and find the draw station nearest the patient's home.

Also, LabCorp's entire Directory of Services is available online. We recommend "Mosby's Diagnostic and Laboratory Test Reference" by Pagana and Pagana, as an inexpensive, well organized source of information on blood testing. Type "Laboratory Test" in the search window to see other titles on this subject.

Another highly recommended book is "Biochemical and Physiological Aspects of Human Nutrition" by Stipanuk. Mosby has just come out with a new book and CD entitled Drug Consult 2002 which features unbiased information on prescription drugs and also 50 herbal remedies. There is a section on the CD-rom for drug/lab interactions, which will be of benefit to all using laboratory blood chemistry.
